Team MST Driver Notice (English)

RCCARPRO is currently operating under the delegation of MST’s team driver management.

RCCARPRO will enhance the brand image of MST, respect MST Drivers, and work together with MST to support skilled drivers worldwide.

We are establishing rules and providing guidance for effective activities, as agreed with MST and through additional operation of Team Drivers.

MST Team Drivers are categorized into Team Drivers, who prioritize achieving good results in competitions, and Tech Drivers, who focus on understanding the technical strengths and weaknesses of the products and on setting them up.

Team MST Driver Rules

A. Common Provisions

1. Team Drivers and Tech Drivers must cooperate and share setups and information to promote the strengths of MST products.
2. During competitions and circuit activities, they should openly share information about MST vehicles and setups, and act favorably towards others.
3. After completing circuit activities and competitions, they should share information with those curious about MST vehicles and assist beginners with setup in a friendly and straightforward manner.
4. They must not engage in disputes or arguments with other individuals or groups.
   • Long-term disputes can result in expulsion from the MST Driver team.
5. Selling products purchased under beneficial conditions for profit and continuous sales of MST products is strictly prohibited.
   • Violations may lead to termination of the contract without prior warning, and the reason for termination may be publicly announced on social media.
6. Actively participate in proposals and activities from the distributor operating MST Team Driver.
7. Wearing uniforms from other brands instead of MST T-shirts is prohibited.
   • Although competition T-shirts are partially allowed, MST uniforms are preferred.
8. Team Drivers of other brands in the same genre as MST are not allowed.
9. The contents of this document must not be disclosed externally.

B. Team Driver

Competition

1. Participation in both domestic and international RC competitions is mandatory.
2. MST kits and products must be used in competitions. Mixed use of other brands’ products is allowed only if agreed upon.
3. After competitions, setup sheets for MST vehicles must be shared on social media.

Circuit Play

1. MST kits should be the primary vehicles used. Setting up other brands' products on the circuit is prohibited.
2. MST kits should be primarily used, but when using products from other brands, setup information should not be shared or discussed.
3. Selling products or second-hand items on the circuit is not allowed, and excessive favors should be avoided.
4. Maintain a positive attitude, discuss MST products with others, and build good relationships.

C. Tech Driver

Technical Marshal

1. Research and provide setup information, strengths, and weaknesses of MST products to the MST distributor in the respective country.
2. Respond quickly to new MST products and spread information through reviews.

Competition

1. Participation in competitions is encouraged.
2. MST kits must be used in competitions.
3. Assist other drivers who need help with MST kits before and after competitions.

Circuit Play

1. Assist and share information with those seeking help with MST kits during circuit activities.
2. Publicly disclose accurate issues and countermeasures regarding MST products after consulting with the national distributor, Team Driver, and Tech Driver.

D. Team MST Driver Recruitment, Contracting, and Termination

National Distributor

1. Recruitment is conducted once a year, with additional recruitment possible based on the distributor's operations after notifying TEAM MST.
2. Select players who demonstrate passion and commitment to MST, and terminate contracts if the MST brand image is damaged.
3. Selection criteria are determined by the distributor, considering factors like top rankings in domestic competitions and participation in international competitions.
4. Inform MST of any false information regarding driver operations, leading to the discontinuation of Team Driver operations in the respective country.

Team MST Driver

1. Understand and promote the excellence of MST products, and document this with signatures to confirm the relationship between the operator and the driver. This document should be stored in the respective country and a copy sent to TEAM MST.

Team MST Driver Operational Relationship

• MST (Max Speed Technology): Supports MST Team Drivers / Publishes on MST-operated Facebook (Team Driver, Tech Driver)
• Team MST Management Operation (RCCARPRO): Manages Team MST site, promotes MST on social media, and links and promotes MST distributors
• National Distributor: Manages and supports Team Drivers and Tech Drivers, and promotes the MST brand and Team MST Drivers

Confirmation of MST Team Driver

• Submit selected players (distributor) -> 1st review (Team MST: career, results, conduct, social media activities, etc.) -> 2nd review (MST) -> Confirm or defer player registration -> Finalize details (Team MST) -> Support and activities (distributor)

F. Team MST Driver Benefits

1. Team Driver: 50% discount on MST products.
   • Team Drivers or distributors must send a list of desired products to Team MST. The list is then forwarded to MST, and products are shipped upon approval.
   • Products not approved by headquarters are purchased at wholesale or cost price as designated by the distributor.
   • Rules regarding duplicate purchases may change in the future.
2. Tech Driver: Discount on MST products based on the national distributor’s standards.
3. One MST T-shirt is provided for free, with additional purchases at cost price.
4. Team MST Drivers have priority for heavily discounted or free promotional products and may receive additional discounts even when purchasing like regular customers.
