Team MST Driver Notice (English)

RCCARPRO, which is currently operating under the delegation of MST's team driver management.

RCCARPRO aims to enhance the value of the MST brand image, respect MST drivers, and support and manage talented drivers around the world in partnership with MST.

We establish and guide rules for effective activities while managing the Team Drivers in accordance with agreements with MST and additional regulations.

 

MST Team Driver Roles

A. Common Requirements

1. Team Drivers and Tech Drivers must collaborate and exchange settings and information to promote the advantages of MST products.
2. During competitions and circuit activities, MST vehicle information and settings should be shared, and activities should be conducted in a friendly manner.
3. Avoid causing disputes or arguments with other competitors, users, or groups.
   • Long-term disputes may result in disqualification from MST Driver status.
4. Selling MST products purchased with benefits or for resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
   • Contracts may be terminated without warning if violated, and the reason for termination may be announced on social media.
5. Actively participate in and support proposals and activities of the distributor managing MST Team Drivers.
6. Wearing uniforms from brands other than MST is prohibited.
7. (Mandatory wearing during competitions or official events; MST uniforms are recommended for circuit activities.)
8. Team Drivers of other brands in the same genre as MST are not permitted.

 

B. Team Driver

Competition

1. Participate in domestic and international RC competitions as much as possible.
2. Use only MST kits and products during competitions.
3. Publish the settings sheet of the MST vehicle on social media after completing a competition.

Circuit Play

1. The use of non-MST brand products on MST kits is prohibited.
2. While MST kit driving is the principle, sharing promotional statements or setting information about non-MST brand products is not allowed.
3. Selling products or used items and receiving excessive favors on the circuit is prohibited.
4. Always maintain a pleasant attitude while discussing MST products with others and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
5. Submit at least one post per month (12 times a year) on designated social media platforms.

C. Tech Driver

Technical Marshal

1. Provide research, setting information, and pros and cons of MST products to the MST distributor in your country.
2. Respond to and review new MST products faster than anyone else.
   • Coordination for fast setting and support for new products is required.

Competition

1. It is recommended to participate in competitions whenever possible.
2. Use MST kits during competition participation.
3. Be available to assist other competitors needing help with MST kits before and after the competition.

Circuit Play

1. Assist and share with those requesting help with MST kits during circuit activities.
2. Disadvantages of MST discovered in public places should be disclosed after consulting with the country's distributor, Team Drivers, and Tech Drivers. Accurate facts and follow-up measures should also be shared.
3. Submit at least one post per quarter (4 times a year) on designated social media platforms.

D. Recruitment, Contracting, and Termination of Team MST Drivers

National Distributor

1. Recruitment is conducted once a year, but additional recruitment may be possible depending on the distributor’s operation. This must be communicated with TEAM MST beforehand.
2. Select athletes with guaranteed passion and activity for MST. Contracts must be terminated if they damage MST’s brand image.
3. Selection is based on the distributor’s criteria, considering competition results and athlete ability, and TEAM MST will make the final selection.
4. Any false information about MST Driver and athlete management must be reported to MST, and the country's Team Driver operations will be discontinued.

Team MST Driver

1. Acknowledge understanding of the content and the purpose of promoting MST products. Sign and keep this document in your country and send a copy to TEAM MST.

5. Team MST Driver Management

• MST (Max Speed Technology): Provides support to Team Drivers and discloses on MST’s Facebook page (Team Driver, Tech Driver).
• Team MST Management (RCCARPRO): Manages and operates the Team MST website, continuously promotes MST on social media, and links and promotes the distributor.
• National Distributor (athlete’s country distributor): Manages and supervises Team Drivers and Tech Drivers, supports and promotes MST brand and Team MST Drivers.

6. Confirmation of MST Team Driver

After selection by the distributor - 1st review by Team MST (experience, results, conduct, social media activity, etc.) - 2nd review by MST - Confirmation or registration deferral decision - Final information delivered (Team MST) - Support and activities (distributor).

7. Termination of MST Driver Contract

Team MST can terminate contracts at any time. Team Drivers must notify the country distributor and RCCARPRO 6 months before termination.

Reasons for Termination

• If the MST Driver is not fulfilling their role faithfully.
• Selling or distributing MST products (regardless of purpose) is strictly prohibited.
• If terminated for this reason, it will be announced on this site (TEAM MST) indefinitely.
• Athletes can request contract termination if unfair treatment or support neglect occurs from the distributor, and Team MST will assess the situation.

F. Benefits for Team MST Drivers

1. Team Driver: 50% discount on MST products.
   • Team Drivers or distributors must send a list of desired products to Team MST. The list is forwarded to MST for approval, and approved products are dispatched after being received by the distributor.
   • Non-approved MST products are purchased at wholesale or cost price.
   • Only one unit of each part or kit can be purchased as used equipment. (For products requiring two parts, purchase two units.)
2. Tech Driver: Discounted purchase of MST products according to the distributor’s criteria.
3. A free MST T-shirt is provided, with additional purchases available at cost.
4. Priority access to promotional products and maximum discounts. Additional discounts are not available even if the promotion is the same as for general customers.
5. Example: During a 10% discount event for all customers, Team Drivers can purchase at 50% of the cost price, and Tech Drivers can buy at a separately designated amount.
6. Products purchased at a discount by MST Team Drivers can be resold at or below the purchase price. Athletes can negotiate with the distributor to purchase used or recycled products at discounted prices.
